Addition + renovation of a one-story ranch with walkout basement. Scope included renovation of kitchen, master suite, guest wing + lower level, new deck overlooking Silverado Trail, conversion of carport to office, laundry + mud room and new freestanding two-car garage. PA from DD to CA.
