Planned Area Development of 18 new two + three story town homes on a vacant 1.13 acre parcel in the historic Old Town neighborhood. Scope included site design emphasizing pedestrian connection to town, massing studies and development of a variety of unit types to meet multiple price points in the Glendale housing market. My responsibilities included town home design from SD to Design Review submittal, including site design + consultant coordination. I sketched town home configurations for review and comment from the developer to rapidly develop units that met market demands.

Planned Area Development of 26 new two + three story town homes and mixed use condominium + commercial buildings on a vacant 2.5 acre parcel in the historic Old Town area. My responsibilities focused on the development of the town homes, condominium utits and site from SD to the Design Review submittal.
